Description:
This three-hour lab provides hands-on practice with the
main technical areas of Windows 7: User Productivity, Improved Security and
Control, Streamlined PC Management, and Desktop
Optimization.
Audience Profile
The audience for
this hands on lab includes K-12 Technology Professionals who generally perform
desktop support for Microsoft Windows computers. Duties for the K-12
Technology Professional are user support, desktop configuration, and desktop
troubleshooting. They will be particularly interested in the new features
of Windows 7 and how the changes affect Windows security, networking,
reliability, performance, productivity, and manageability. Additional
audience for this clinic includes technical decision makers (Technology
Directors) who can gain an overview of Windows 7 features and
benefits.
