InfoPoint borrows from a number of different management philosophies.
Our overriding philosophy is that we need to keep learning, the Internet
is not close to being finished and every few months new technologies are
being invented that will influence what we do.
We also have a strong background in software development. This requires
a type of project management that allows for evolution in the end result.
We believe in being open-internally and externally. We expect our customers
to want us to succeed. That includes making a profit for the company so
that we can grow. Since we work closely with our customers and they depend
on us, it would be self-destructive for them if we fail. For that reason,
we have no problem letting our customers know our actual costs and revenue.
Internally, our employees are welcome to see the books and we work together
to make sure they are treated fairly so they want to stay.
InfoPoint knows that our employees need to be creative. Their best ideas
can come when they are in the shower. To get the best out of everyone
here we have a philosophy that acknowledges the value that each person
brings to the company and the ability for anyone in the company to make
suggestions and contributions that can help the customers, fellow employees
and the company.
